How do I download the app?

You can visit the App Store here. Currently we only support iOS devices.

How do I sign up?

The mobile app does not currently support a native sign-up flow. To sign up, please navigate to go.odeko.com.

How do I change my payment method?

The mobile app does not currently support payment method settings. However, it directly links to mobile web to support these settings. To do so, please navigate to Orders (bottom nav) > Profile (top right) > Manage Payment Methods.

How do I search the catalog?

Use the magnifying glass icon to open the search bar.

How do I view my Order Calendar?

The mobile app does not currently support using/viewing Order Calendars. If you have Standing Orders, they will be systematically generated into orders in advance.

How do I submit Service Requests in the app?

The mobile app does not currently support Service Requests.

How do I submit/request a new Branded Paper quote?

The mobile app does not currently support Branded Paper. However, Branded Paper goods that have been added to a customer’s catalog as Supply items are browse-able and purchase-able from the customer’s catalog.

How do I edit an existing order?

If the order has passed cutoff, it is not editable. If the order has not passed cutoff, navigate to Orders (bottom nav) > Upcoming (pill selector) and click the order you would like to edit. From there you can add or remove items. Alternatively, adding items directly to the cart and viewing the cart will indicate that taking further action will update an existing order.

How do I place an order?

Add items to cart > Navigate to Cart (bottom nav) > Checkout (button)

How do I report an issue?

Navigate to Orders (bottom nav) > Click the Order to report an issue for > Click the item to report an issue for > Click Report Issue (pop-up button)

How do I contact Customer Support?

Navigate to Orders (bottom nav) > Click Past (pill selector) > Open an order > Click Contact Support (button)
